Meet the Team

Kam began his career in 2003 as an analyst covering small/mid cap growth companies with a particular focus on technology.

In 2011, he moved to the distribution side (mainly in Sales or Equity Capital Markets roles) adopting an approach to focus on a smaller number of companies but become their voice within the market. He has led or co-led we over £1bn of equity capital fund raisings for clients.

He has worked at a number of small cap brokers including Panmure, Arden Partners, Mirabaud Securities and Shore Capital.

Steve has spent 35 years working in the City with the last 25 years focussed on the financial sector covering Banks, Insurance, Asset Management, Wealth Management, Fintech and Consumer platforms.

During his career he has led financials teams, managed a research team and grown a significant number of corporate relationships building financials franchises within the UK small and mid-cap market.

Most recently he co-headed Investec's financials franchise which rose to ^#1 in the last institutional Investor Survey.

Prior to that, he has worked at several large and small cap firms including James Capel, HSBC,UBS, Singers and Liberum.

He is also a qualified investment manager and managed a long/short hedge fund for 5 years.

Ian is an experienced investor relations professional who specialises in working with technology companies. Most recently he was head of investor relations at FD Technologies, where he established the IR function, enhanced the company's financial reporting and disclosure, and articulated its strategy. These initiatives resulted in a shareholder register containing many of the UK's leading investors in technology.

Prior to IR he was a sell-side technology equity analyst, working with firms including Nomura, Arden Partners, Charles Stanley and Beeson Gregory, where he had a particular focus on small / mid caps.

Ian began his career in technology journalism, rising to become Deputy Editor of Computer Weekly, the UK's leading business technology publication.
